1. Adjust your cv to the offer you are interested in

If you are applying for a specific position, highlight those elements of your career and education that make you the right candidate. In this case, interests and hobbies may also come in handy, as long as they are related to the future job. They are a signal to a potential boss that you will work with passion.

2. Apply reverse chronology
